ENGINE: WATTBIKE is a 6-week conditioning programme designed specifically for rugby players looking to improve aerobic capacity, repeat sprint ability and work capacity without accumulating unnecessary running volume.
Built around proven Wattbike training methods, the programme combines FTP development, threshold work, aerobic conditioning and high-intensity intervals to build a bigger engine for pre-season.
Whether you’re preparing for the season ahead, supplementing your strength training, or looking for a structured conditioning plan during the off-season, ENGINE provides a simple framework to improve fitness and performance.
